- HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: Visit www.GettingHired.com and follow the on-screen directions to complete a free comprehensive professional profile [Step 1 – Complete Registration, Step 2 - Complete RightMatch™ Workplace Compatibility Assessment and Step 3 - Create Your Professional Profile (resume)] during the entry period to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. To enter without completing a free comprehensive professional profile, complete Step 1 Complete Registration only by following the on-screen directions on the entry page or email webmaster@gettinghired.com with your name, email address and telephone number and put "sweepstakes" in the subject line. Limit one entry per person. If more than one entry is received per person, only the first such entry received will be eligible.
- ENTRY PERIOD: Entry period begins 12:01 AM (ET) on 6/20/06 and ends 11:59 PM (ET) on 12/31/07, or when a total of 1,000,000 job seeker profiles are registered on GettingHired, whichever comes first.
- RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted approximately 5 days after end of the sweepstakes entry period (see Rule #2), from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified by mail.
- PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize - A check for $100,000. Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as the prize.
- GENERAL RULES: Open only to legal residents of the 49 United States (void in Florida) and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of GettingHired, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in Florida and where prohibited by law. All income taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on the promotional website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of termination. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
