Their unique RightMatch™ Workplace Compatibility Assessment and RightMatch™ Daily Notification capabilities scientifically match job seekers and employers on a daily bases, ensuring the right hire for both job seekers and employers.
Similar to popular compatibility relationship matching sites, GettingHired matches a job seeker's Behavioral Characteristics, prior Work Experience and Educational Background with particular job opening requirements for these three categories posted by employers.
