ResCare To Pilot GettingHired™ Advanced Assessment, Job Matching and Placement Tools at Job Corps and Tanf Operating Units

BEDMINSTER, N.J. (February 13, 2007) —GettingHired, LLC, provider of high-end behavioral assessment and job matching technologies and ResCare, the nation's leading provider of residential, training, therapeutic, educational and support services for people with disabilities and special needs, announced today that they have entered into an agreement to pilot GettingHired™’s advanced job assessment and placement tools at two ResCare operating units – the Job Corps Academy in Edison New Jersey and the Arbor Training & Education/Temporary Assistance for Needy Family facilities in New York City.

This strategic partnership assists thousands of people annually, including welfare recipients, young people and people who have been laid off or have special barriers to employment, to transition into the workforce and become productive with advanced technology resources to help them prepare for career related activities. By utilizing GettingHired™’s job specific behavioral assessment tools, program participants will be able to identify careers in which they will likely be successful. GettingHired’s exclusive Video Interview Training and Video Marketing Profile technologies will help program participants increase both their chances of getting more interviews and having successful results. Advanced job matching and job search tools will also be provided to program participants.
