Hal Kamine: Chairman

As Chairman of GettingHired, Hal Kamine brings a wealth of extensive and impressive entrepreneurial and management experience. In his position, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of GettingHired.

Hal is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of KMC Telecom, a leading nationwide provider of integrated, next-generation telecommunication infrastructure and services, and was the Chief Executive and Owner of Kamine Development Corp. (KDC), a company that developed, built, and owned six unregulated non-utility power generation projects in New York and New Jersey. Hal pioneered the independent power business from its inception in the early 1980s until 1998. With other industry leaders he negotiated a settlement with Niagara Mohawk that resulted in the sale of all of KDC's New York State power projects. This sale constituted the country's largest voluntary utility/independent power producer restructuring.

Hal graduated summa cum laude with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, where he was also a first team Academic All-American Baseball Player. He continues to be actively involved with Lafayette College as a Member of the Board of Trustees, as well as with numerous national charities. Mr. Kamine is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.


Thomas Capato: Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Thomas Capato is responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of GettingHired, LLC.

Thomas joined the company in December 2004. Prior to his appointment as GettingHired's Chief Executive Officer, Thomas was Senior Vice President of North America Sales at leading Internet media & technology company, 24/7 Real Media, (NSDQ: TFSM). While at 24/7 his determination to provide customers with the best possible service resulted in a customer renewal rate of more than 90% and a tripling of reoccurring revenue.

Before joining 24/7 Real Media, Mr. Capato was Director of Strategic Accounts at CompuCom Systems, where he managed the Verizon account and was responsible for a team of 20 associates and $48 million in yearly revenue.

Thomas is a board member for Career Match in China and Telegard in North America.


Frank Weichmann: Chief Information Officer

As CIO, Frank is responsible for the Software Development & Technology Infrastructure of GettingHired, LLC.

Frank joined the company in August 2005. Prior to his appointment as GettingHired's Chief Information Officer, Frank was Vice President of Information Systems. While in this role he drove software development of the GettingHired product line to include video interview technology, resume tools, job search and assessment tools. Before joining GettingHired, Frank was in charge of Web Services at KMC Telecom (at the time it was the largest privately held CLEC in the telecom sector), where he was responsible for developing web-based tools for its workforce, customers and vendors. While at KMC Frank transformed a department with operating expenses of $1.6 million to $125k in one year, while increasing output and quality.

Frank graduated from Frostburg State University with a BA.


Thomas Muscalino: Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Thomas is responsible for developing strategic and tactical plans to recruit job seekers with disabilities for Employer Diversity Programs and Non Profit Associations (NPA’s).

Thomas joined GettingHired on July 1, 2007. Tom comes to Getting Hired from the textile industry. Thomas was with West Point Pepperell for 17 years where after several senior positions in brand management he rose to Division President for West Point’s $590M Consumer Products business. In 1993 Thomas joined Dan River Inc. as President of Consumer Products where industry leading growth in both revenue and operating income was achieved. In 2002 Thomas was promoted to COO.

In 2005 Thomas founded Thomas Lee Ltd, an internet based consumer products retailing company.


Hank Fichtner: Vice President of Account Management

As Senior Vice President & Founder, Hank keeps a hand in multiple aspects of the company's operations. Hank's focus is employer sales and growth as well as with educational institutions.

Hank created his first video resume and realized his entrepreneurial talent while still a student at Lafayette College. Opening for business from his dorm room, he offered web-based video profiles to his fellow students. These homemade streaming videos quickly became so popular that he concluded that his next step should be to refine the concept further and make it available to a broader market. In 2004, with the strong financial backing and shared vision of Hal Kamine, Mr. Fichtner founded GettingHired™ to perfect his idea and bring its benefits to the recruiting industry.

Hank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics at Lafayette and played on the varsity baseball team.
